* 2/3 cup Sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 1/3 cups flour
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/4 tsp. baking soda
* 1 cup mashed bananas
* 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1/4 tsp. salt

2. Mix all ingredients well
